Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Pulse account and data at any time, right from the app.
- 1Open Pulse and go to Settings
- 2Tap Account, then Delete account

This permanently removes your account, chats and photos from Pulse.
Can't open the app?
Email us from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your account, name, profile photo and sign-in details
- Messages and photos you sent that are stored on our servers
- Your chat list and group memberships
- Any contacts data matched to your account
- Your device and notification tokens
What may remain
- Copies already delivered to other people's phones. We can't delete what's on their devices.
- Your messages in group chats may stay visible to members, shown as from “Deleted account”.
- Reports and safety records, kept for up to 12 months to prevent repeat abuse
- Anything we're required to keep by law
How long it takes
- Straight awayYou're signed out on every device and your profile disappears from Pulse.
- Within 30 daysYour data is erased from our live systems.
- Within 90 daysRemaining copies are erased from our backups.
Deleting can't be undone. If you sign up again later, you'll start with a new, empty account. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.
